Just got back from the 2nd annual open house at the PRS factory in Maryland.
It was a great experience, I got to play with Pat and Kurt from the Pat Traverse Band, Emil from Daath, and got quick Chicken pickin’ lesson from Johnny Hiland. I was given the most unique guitar in my collection, a one piece maple top single cut that stole the show. Since I have been at home I have been buried in books and videos trying to keep up with the incredible talent I saw at the open house. Seeing this level of talent is a constant reminder of how good you can get if you stay committed.
