Check the Status of Your Order

To check the status of your order click the "Store" button at the top and then click the "Account" button to login to your account. Once you are logged in you can check your status by clicking "My Orders". Your recent orders will be listed so click the order number you need status on.

Every guitar we offer is packed in a case or gig-bag then wrapped and shipped in a box that covers and protects all parts of the guitar. Our website uses encryption to encode your credit card information before you send it. So, your private information is protected, both at the time you send it to us and after we receive it.

Shipping Cost

When you check out, you will be given several different shipping choices, each having a different cost and delivery time. You can choose the one you want. We ship to all U.S. and non-U.S. destinations serviced by the US Postal Service. And UPS

Delivery Time and Product Availability

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. Expedited orders are usually shipped the same day if you place your order before noon Central Standard time. The amount of time for your order to arrive depends on the shipping choice you make when you check out. In cases of unforeseen changes in product availability, we will send you a notification if we are unable to meet our normal delivery deadlines.

Sales Tax

We add sales tax only if your order is shipped to an address in the State of Illinois.

Return Policy

All sales are final. However, in the event there is a defective product our policy is upon notification by the customer, we will send the customer a replacement of the same product with a self addressed postage paid envelope in which to return the defective product with all the original packaging. The returned product must be received within 30 days of the date that the new item was sent or the the customer’s credit card will be charged for price of the new item. The customer must agree to this policy prior to the replacement item being sent to them.

I Lost My Password.

If you remember your email address (or login name), you can email your password to yourself at the Password Request page. To make a password request click the "Store" button at the top and then click "Account". From there you can have your password sent to by clicking "I can't remember my password. Please e-mail it to me."

If you forgot your email address and your password, you can contact customer service.

Correcting Order Mistakes

Contact Customer Service as soon as possible. If your order has not already been shipped, we can usually change it for you.

Membership and Privacy

Browsing and shopping here is a no-charge service - And your privacy is always protected. Our servers are located at a secure site and are protected by encryption, firewalls and the latest state-of-the-art technologies to safeguard your information.

Furthermore, you do not have to create an account to make a purchase from us. Doing so will simply enable our system to recognize you in the future, so you do not have to enter your information again. The information you provide to us is used solely to facilitate your purchase and send you email relevant to your order, including invoices, stock status, shipment tracking and any other relevant product information.

When creating an account there is a check box to join our mailing list. If this box is unchecked we will only contact you regarding your order. Joining our mailing list will allow you to receive updates on new products, promotions, special offers, exclusive content, information from our artists and information about any of the exciting things that are happening at Fret12.com or with our partners and affiliates.
