MAX CAVALERA COVERS PANTERA ON 70000 TONS OF METAL

The 70,000 tons of metal cruise/concert/thing set sail last week (January 22nd) from Port Everglades in Florida, and it featured an insane amount of acts. Behemoth, Cannibal Corpse, Arch Enemy, Corrosion of Conformity, Ensiferum, Napalm Death, and Soulfly were among some of the bigger acts present. Although, Alestorm would probably be the biggest and best performance there, for obvious reasons… Nonetheless, every act brought something to the table, including Max Cavalera’s Soulfly, who ended up doing an awesome cover of Pantera’s Walk.

As with most fan-filmed footage, we have 3 different camera angles to choose from to view the show

One from the balcony:

One from the floor:

and one from the opposite side of the balcony:

So, take your pick of video, and then check out some of the other footage from the cruise. Also, for anyone who can afford it, likes metal, and would want to go on a cruise, this festival sounds absolutely intense. And even if you don't like cruises, it's probably better than going to a festival that's in-tents [laugh track].
