No ladies and gentlemen, it's not insanity wolf, my meme-obsessed friends. This is the new single album artwork for the upcoming Faith No More music. The band surprised fans around the world when they recently announced that they were working on new material- their first new material in seventeen years! The band is working with Ipecac Recordings who are partnered with the band's self-owned label Reclamation Records. The first single from this new material will be called Motherfucker and is scheduled for release on November 28 with a digital single to follow. Some clever YouTubing will allow you to see some live renditions of Motherfucker, performed by the newly reunited band over the summer. The band plans to release only 5000 copies of seven-inch singles, coinciding with Record Store Day's Black Friday event. Legendary and epic musicians Bill Gould said the following regarding the reunion:
"We've always shared a chemistry between ourselves that’s unique to this band, but these past few years of touring together have made us aware that we not only play better as a unit, but we like the new stuff we’re coming up with," explained FAITH NO MORE founder and bass player Bill Gould. "So we've decided: we're going to get busy in 2015… make an album we're proud of, kick things up a notch, get out there and perform it and maybe even dedicate a little more focus to our fans in the States this time."Want to get your FNM fix? Been a fan since the 90s and want your chance to see these legends live and in person? Well, in 2015 you should get plenty of chances! Big tour plans are already in the works for 2015, including the Soundwave festival in Australia. For the biographically curious, the FNM line up is as follows: FAITH NO MORE is Mike Bordin (drums), Roddy Bottum (keyboards), Bill Gould (bass), Jon Hudson (guitar) and Mike Patton (vocals).
