NEW PERIPHERY TRACKS HAVE BEEN RELEASED

A couple of weeks ago, Periphery gave the details for their new double concept album, Juggernaut: Alpha and Juggernaut: Omega. We’ve still got a ways to go until both of the albums are actually released, but until then, they’ve released two tracks, one from each album!

In the ultimate form of blasphemy, here’s the video for the Omega track before the alpha track. It’s called The Bad Thing:

and here’s the Alpha track, The Scourge:

Don't be fooled, The Bad Thing is actually quite the good thing.   It has to be said that the production on both of these tracks is just so clean, and well flushed out. Between the two, The Bad Thing definitely sounds like the stronger track on it’s own, while The Scourge seems like it would be more exceptional when given some tracks behind it, or in the context of an album. The album is set to drop on January 27th, and Periphery are going on tour with Wovenwar and Nothing More starting on January 10th.
