Candle Recycling Program Terms and Conditions
This program is subject to the terms below.
- Firstly, check that your packaging is eligible for the program. This program applies to the following FRET12 Candle Products:
- FRET12 11oz LARGE GLASS VESSELS*
- FRET12 11oz METAL LIDS(Copper, Crème, and Black)*
- FRET12 8oz MEDIUM VESSELS with lid*
- FRET12 2.5oz MINI VESSELS*
- The program will apply only to Qualifying Packaging originally purchased from a FRET12 store or the official FRET12 website, and FRET12 store staff shall have sole discretion in determining whether any packaging qualifies under this program.
- Qualifying Packaging should be empty before returning to a FRET12 shop.
- Once you have one or more Qualifying Packaging empty, take them along to the FRET12 store at the SALT SHED and present them at the point of paying for any items you wish to purchase.
- Qualifying Packaging returns may only be made in-store and we do not accept returns of any Qualifying Packaging online.
- For each item of Qualifying Packaging, you’ll receive a $1 USD return towards your purchase of any qualifying full-price product. Qualifying products include the following collections tees, hoodies, hats, straps, candles, artwork, jackets, and apparel
- The following products are excluded from this program and may not be purchased with packaging returns money:
- Gear
- Guitars
- Amps
- Pedals
- Sound and Story
- This offer has no cash value and you will only be able to receive the $1USD return towards purchases made at the same time the Qualifying Packaging is returned. No credit will be offered against future purchases.
- If the value of the returned Qualifying Packaging under this program exceeds the value of the purchase, no cash equivalent or future credit will be given.
- This program will continue subject to review and further communication.
- The program does not apply to the online store.
- FRET12 reserves the right to withdraw or amend this program at any time on a month’s notice, such notice to be given on this page.
